Overview of role: Our Client is seeking a Medical Secretary on a part time basis.



Handling in-coming and out-going customer calls

Working on a busy switchboard with the ability to take and pass on messages

Keeping data-base, statistics and other records up to date

Dealing with medical applications

General Administration duties


Required / Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

Ideal candidate will have medical secretarial experience

Diploma/Certificate in a medical qualification

Proficient in MS Office & Excel

Excellent typing skills

Excellent verbal and written skills

Proven organisation and planning skills

Self-motivated, willing to work unsupervised

Good inter-personal skills


ECDL is desirable

Must have own car

Garda Clearance is an advantage


This is a permanent part-time role.

3 day week - shift rotation, could include 1 Saturday every 2 months.
