Details: Responsible for maintaining and monitoring the company Quality Management system to comply with all the external Quality Management standards operated by the company. HACCP – Team leader and responsible for keeping the HACCP updated and reviewed. Facilitate and drive team meetings and maintain action plan. Deliver HACCP updates on time for any new or changed processes. BRC- Responsible for monitoring compliance with BRC Food manufacturing standard and implementing compliance where non –conformance is identified. Internal Audits – Responsible for scheduling and allocating internal audits and tracking non-conformance follow-ups. GMP – Conduct regular audits of factory standards and follow-up on any issues. Procedures- Develop and implement effective Technical Manuals and accompanying procedures and inspection records. Review and control all QMS related documentation. Represent the company during site technical visits and audits by customers or third parties. Any other duties determined by Management. FMCG EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
