Waiting for things to turn

The news is Great! The news is not so good!, there is movement, the market is in a frenzy. It depends on what category candidate you belong to, working in your own area or out of work for nearly a year. From our research candidates working or recentley working are getting interviews and even multiple offers, sadley candidates out of work since 2009 are finding it much harder. Given the finite number of candidates moving the companies will have to look at other options now I believe for are we tacking.
