Job description:  

Overview of role:

Experienced professional secretary required for a busy office in Louth who will provide administrative support to management and team.



Dealing with in-coming and out-going correspondence and emails

Organising and servicing of meetings including arranging the agenda

Compilation of minutes, reports, booklets, memos and notices

Keeping various statistics and other records up to date

Dealing with applications to statutory bodies

Dealing with telephone calls and messages as required

Making appropriate appointments

Maintaining filing system and ensuring that documents are filed promptly

Ordering office supplies


In addition to the foregoing daily work there is also various monthly and annual undertakings


Required / Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

Applicants must have secondary school certificates and appropriate third level qualifications

Professional, confidential and a person of integrity

Proficient in English with excellent typing skills

Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint

Experience in organising and planning

Self-motivated, adaptable and able to multi-task

Good inter-personal skills


This is a permanent part-time role with 3 set days per week.
